# 13.5. Tempi di Evasione e Chiusura

1. **Presa in Carico e Risposta:** La presa in carico iniziale deve avvenire tempestivamente ed entro un massimo di 24 ore dalla creazione del ticket.
2. **Chiusura per Inattività:** Qualora l'utente non fornisca i riscontri o le clip richieste entro 24 ore dal sollecito staff, il ticket verrà chiuso d'ufficio per inattività.
3. **Formalizzazione dell'Esito:** Prima della chiusura definitiva, lo staffer apporrà il messaggio riassuntivo contenente le motivazioni della decisione o la sanzione irrogata.
