# 13.1. Principi Generali ed Etichetta

1. **Conflitto d'Interesse:** È vietato gestire ticket, segnalazioni, ricorsi o procedimenti nei quali lo Staffer sia direttamente coinvolto o presenti rapporti personali tali da compromettere l'imparzialità. La gestione dovrà essere trasferita a un altro membro dello Staff di grado adeguato.
2. **Imparzialità e Neutralità:** Lo staffer incaricato deve analizzare i fatti privo di qualsiasi pregiudizio, valutando esclusivamente le evidenze probatorie fornite, indipendentemente dall'anzianità o dal ruolo dei soggetti coinvolti.
3. **Linguaggio e Formato Istituzionale:** Tutte le comunicazioni devono essere condotte con un tono formale, composto ed esaustivo, evitando abbreviazioni o un registro informale.
4. **Gestione delle Provocazioni:** Eventuali atteggiamenti irrispettosi od ostili da parte dell'utenza non devono mai portare a reazioni polemiche. Lo staffer applicherà le sanzioni disciplinari previste notificandole formalmente.
