# 11. Gestione Conflitti Interni

La coesione e l'armonia del team Staff costituiscono un requisito primario per il buon funzionamento del servizio di assistenza e della community.

* **Divieto di Discussioni Pubbliche:** È severamente vietato manifestare dissidi personali, argomentare o discutere con altri membri dello Staff nei canali pubblici o di fronte all'utenza.
* **Canali di Escalation e Mediazione:** Eventuali incomprensioni o controversie devono essere gestite privatamente in prima istanza o sottoposte alla mediazione diretta dello Staff Manager o di un Head Admin.
* **Procedura Disciplinare per Litigi:** La creazione di un clima tossico o la persistenza in atteggiamenti ostili verso i colleghi comporterà sanzioni disciplinari immediate, fino al de-rank.
