# 10. Riunioni di Staff

Le riunioni di Staff rappresentano il momento istituzionale fondamentale per l'allineamento operativo, la valutazione delle criticità e la pianificazione dello sviluppo del server.

1. **Frequenza e Convocazione:** Le assemblee ordinarie si tengono con cadenza bisettimanale o mensile. La convocazione viene notificata nel canale staff dedicato con almeno 48 ore di preavviso.
2. **Obbligatorietà e Giustificazione Assenze:** La partecipazione è obbligatoria per tutti i componenti attivi. Eventuali impedimenti devono essere formalmente motivati nel registro assenze entro 24 ore prima dell'inizio.
3. **Verbalizzazione e Decisioni:** Ogni seduta prevede la redazione di un verbale ufficiale a cura dello Staff Manager. Le deliberazioni approvate entrano immediatamente in vigore per tutto il team.
