# 9. Periodo di Prova (Trial)

L'ingresso nello Staff avviene obbligatoriamente attraverso l'inquadramento nel ruolo di Trial. Tale periodo garantisce la verifica sul campo delle attitudini e delle competenze operative del candidato.

1. **Durata Standard:** Il periodo di prova ha una durata di riferimento pari a 30 giorni, estendibile o riducibile a discrezione dello Staff Manager.
2. **Valutazione e Affiancamento:** Durante il periodo Trial, lo staffer sarà affiancato dai ruoli di coordinamento e valutato su costanza, corretta gestione dei ticket e rispetto delle procedure interne prima della conferma ufficiale nel ruolo di Helper.
