# 2. Requisiti Minimi e Candidatura

L'accesso al team di Staff di **OMEN RP** avviene esclusivamente tramite la presentazione di una candidatura ufficiale, soggetta al rispetto vincolante dei seguenti requisiti d'accesso:

1. **Età Minima:** È richiesto il compimento del 16° anno di età per garantire la necessaria maturità nella gestione dei conflitti e delle responsabilità operative.
2. **Ore di Gioco e Esperienza:** Avere accumulato un minimo di ore di permanenza attiva nel server e una solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di gioco e del regolamento generale.
3. **Incensuratezza e Storico Disciplinare:** Assenza di sanzioni gravi o recenti nel proprio storico utente. Il candidato deve dimostrare un comportamento ineccepibile all'interno della community.
